COCONUT PODI
Ingredients:
Dried red chilies - 15 no
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 4 sprigs
Grated fresh coconut - 1 cup
Garlic - 5 pods
Salt ~1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, fry red chilies, coriander, curry leaves for few minutes and transfer to a mixer can.

Garlic - 5 pods
Salt ~1/2 tsp
Refined oil - 2 tbsp
- Heat oil in a pan, fry red chilies, coriander, curry leaves for few minutes and transfer to a mixer can.
- Let it cool and then grind once.
- In the same heated pan, fry garlic, coconut until it gets heated and color started to change.
- Now transfer it to the grinded mixer pan, add salt.
- Grind again once or twice and serve with dosa/idli.
- The left-over can be refrigerated in an air-tight container for weeks.
