PAV BHAJI


Bhaji

Ingredients
Carrot (1 big)
Beans (5 nos)
Capsicum (1 big)
Green peas (1/2 cup)
Cauliflower (1/2 cup)
Big Onion (1/2 nos)
Tomato (2 nos small)
Cabbage (1-2 cup)
Potato (1 ½ big)
Green chilies (1 no)
Coriander leaves
Red chilly Powder – 1 teaspoon
Jeera powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Water
1 big onion (small in size: cut into very small pieces, coriander leaves) for garnishing
1 tablespoon butter/ghee

Method
Cook items 1 – 14 and 1/4 cup water in a cooker for 2-3 whistles (roughly cut the veggies). If possible add ½ tablespoon butter now (the remaining ½ tablespoon butter in stage 2). Open cooker and crush the cooked veggies and add salt, 1 tablespoon butter/ghee and let it boil for 5-10 mins in medium flame. Now move the bhajji to a serving bowl and garnish with item 17.


Pav

Fry both the sides of the bun in ghee.

Cut the pav horizontally and stuff the bhaji inside the pav and enjoy the pav bhaji.
