SIMPLE CHICKEN FRY
This is a simple shallow-fried version of chicken fry.
Ingredients to marinate chicken
Chicken - 800 g with-bone chicken (chop into small pieces)
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 5 no.s (chopped and dry roasted)

Curry leaves - 2 flakes
Mint leaves - 4 flakes

Low-fat yogurt - 2 tbsp
Salt as needed
Refined oil - 4 tbsp (for frying)

Method
Marinate chicken with the above ingredients for half an hour. Heat oil in a non-stick cooking pan in medium flame. Add the chicken marinade and mix well. Once it starts to boil, cover and cook till chicken is done. Now reduce the flame to medium-low and cook for few more minutes so that the chicken color turns to light brown as a fry.
