CORIANDER SANDWICH


Ingredients
Coconut - 1/2 cup grated
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 2 pods
Green chilly - 1
Sugar - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Butter (at room temperature) - to spread


Method
1. Grind all the ingredients except butter as a smooth paste.
2. Spread some butter on both loafs of bread and spread a spoon of coriander mix over one loaf, close with other and eat as it is.
