CHILLY PANEER


Ingredients
Step 1
Paneer cubes - 200 g
Cornflour - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Egg - 1
Salt to taste
Water - 1 tbsp
All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
Oil for deep frying

Step 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Green chillies - 4
Onion - 2 medium chopped
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2tsp
Chilly sauce - 2 tsp
Red, yellow, green bell pepper  - 1 cup
Soya sauce - 1.5 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 flake
Salt to taste
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves to garnish
Red food color - 1 pinch (optional)



Method
Take a dish and add cornflour, ginger garlic paste, egg, salt, water, and mix well. Pour on the paneer cubes, mix well and add all purpose flour. Take oil to fry add the mixed paneer into it and fry in very slow flame until slight golden grown.

Take a pan add oil, cumin, garlic, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, onion and mix until onion is golden brown. Add coriander powder, chilly powder, little water, and mix well. Add chilly sauce, bell peppers, soya sauce, curry leaves, salt, lime juice. Add red food color now, add paneer and mix well. Finish it off with chopped coriander leaves.
