GULAB JAMUN

INGREDIENTS
Gulab Jamun mix - 1 packet
Oil - for deep frying
Sugar (750 g) + water(750 ml) for making sugar syrup
Pistachio flakes (optional)


METHOD
1. Follow the instructions in the jamun mix to make the dough
2. Greese hand with oil to  make balls
3. Deep fry in oil under medium to low flame
4. Drain excess oil in a tissue
5. Soak in sugar syrup for at least 2-3 hours
6. Sprinkle pistachio flakes before serving if needed
