EASY ONION TOMATO CHUTNEY FOR IDLY


INGREDIENTS:
Onion - 2 big (roughly chopped)
Tomato - 1 big(roughly chopped)
Coconut oil
Mustard seeds - a pinch
Urad dhal - a pinch
Curry leaves - a flake
Chilly powder - 1 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 3 pinches
Salt
Water

METHOD:
- Fry onion and tomato in oil, once it cool, grind to a smooth paste
- Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, followed by urad dhal and curry leaves
- Add tomato mix into it, followed by chilly powder, salt and water
- Once boiled add asafoetida and serve hot with idly
