PRAWNS ROAST


Ingredients
Prawns: 500 g
Tomato - 1 small chopped
Onion - 1 medium (finely length-wise chopped)
Green chilly - 2 finely length-wise chopped
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil

Masala ingredients:
Chilly powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Garam masala powder - 3/4tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste - 3 pods of garlic and 1 inch ginger


Method
* Heat oil in a frying pan, add prawns and put stove in sim flame.
* Close with lid and cook for 15-20 minutes (open and mix in between).
* Mix all masala ingredients with salt in little water and pour over the prawns.
* Keep the pan open and cook until oil comes out in sim flame.
* Then add the onion, tomato, chilly pieces, coriander leaves and cook for 5-10 mins.
* Serve hot with rice.
