It is a private museum located in Al Samariyah, Ash-Shahaniyah with personal collections of Sheikh Faisal. The museum holds a large collection of ancient Islamic Artifacts which shows the cultural heritage of Qatar and other Middle East countries.

It is around an hour drive from central Doha, the capital of Qatar. The ticket costs 15 QR per adult and kids below teen age have free entry. If you intent to take pictures, you should also pay 50 QR for a photography ticket per family.

It takes around 2-3 hours to tour the museum and the museum closes normally at 4 PM. But during Eid, they had extended hours and museum entry closes by 5 PM and we can tour the museum until 6 PM.

There were separate halls designed for displaying the artworks and collections. The vintage cars on display in the museum is unique in the region.
