HOME-MADE JELLY


INGREDIENTS
Jelly powder - unflavored red - 25g
Water - 5 cups
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Nestle Cream - 1 small can (160 g)
Nestle Evaporated milk - 1 small can (160 ml/170 g)
Fresh Mango - 1 finely chopped (optional)
Raisins - few (optional)


METHOD
1. Add 5 cups of normal water in a coking pan
2. Then open and sprinkle the jelly powder slowly into it and stir well
3. Add sugar, cream, evaporated milk and mix well
4. Turn on the stove now and boil for 10-15 minutes. Stir continuously
5. If adding mango, arrange the mango pieces on the bottom of a storage container
6. Also, if adding raisins, add it on top of mango and pour in the jelly liquid over it
7. Allow it to cool in room temperature before refrigerating

NOTE: I used Mr. Gulaman jelly powder.
