BOURBON BISCUIT CAKE

Bourbon Biscuit Cake



Ingredients:
Bourbon chocolate biscuits - 250g powdered in mixer
Milk -1 cup (Boiled and cooled)
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 6 tsp
Eno powder - 1 tsp
Walnuts + Almonds - 1/4 cup chopped (Optional)
Dark cooking chocolate - 4-5 pieces (Optional)
Butter to grease the pan

Method:
- Grind biscuits to powder in a mixer and transfer to a mixing bowl
- Add 1/2 cup milk to it and mix well in one direction
- Add balance milk and mix again to a smooth batter
- Add vanilla essence, powdered sugar and mix well
- Finally add Eno powder and mix
- Transfer the cake batter to a greased cake tin
- Sprinkle nuts and chocolate pieces or add to the batter and mix well
- Bake in 180C for 20 minutes
- Serve with whipping cream on top with sprinkles on it as a dessert
