ORANGE JELLY

Orange Jelly



Ingredients:
Mr Gulaman Jelly Powder - 25g (1 packet)
Evaporated milk - 1 big can (1 - 1.5 cups)
Condensed milk - 1 big can (1 cup)
Nestle Cream - 1 small can (3/4 - 1 cup)
Milk - 2 cups
Water - 1- 1.5 cups (Total Liquid quantity to be 6 cups - do not put more or less liquid, then jelly wont be soft )
Sugar - 3 tsp

Method:
- Mix all liquid ingredients in a cooking pan
- Add Jelly powder, sugar and mix well
- Now flame on the stove
- Put stove in medium to high flame and stir continuously for 10-12 minutes
- When it starts to boil, off the stove and let it cool.
- Place ripe and chopped mango pieces on the bottom of a storage container and pour the jelly mixture into it.
- Once completely cooled, store in refrigerator and serve cold as a dessert along with cake or ice cream.

NOTE: The recipe only comes well with Mr Gulaman Jelly powder
