Open-House Style Chilly Chicken


Ingredients:
Chicken - 750 g (boneless/in-bone, chop into very small cubes)
Onion - 2 big chopped in middle
Ginger - 1.5 inch piece
Garlic - 8-10 pods
Green chilies - 5-6 chopped
Tomato Sauce - 4 tbsp
Green Chilly sauce - 3 tbsp
Light Soya sauce - 3 tbsp
Dark Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Corn Starch - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1 tbsp to 1 cup as needed
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp + 2-3 tbsp
Salt  - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp or more
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp





Method:
- Chop the chicken, add turmeric powder, chilly powder, 1 tsp salt to it and mix well.
- Shallow fry chicken in 2- 3 tbsp of coconut oil until done and keep aside.
- Grind ginger, garlic and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, green chilies until onion is golden brown.
- Add gg paste to it and mix well for 2-3 minutes
- Add fried chicken to it and mix well.
- Mix all the sauces together in a separate bowl.
- Pour it immediately to the chicken, cook for few minutes.
- Add corn starch mixed in 2 tbsp of water and cook for few minutes ((Add more water if more gravy is desired)
