Moist Chocolate Cake for P's Bday



Ingredients:

Dry ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp

Wet Ingredients:
Tinned milk (Rainbow) - 1/2 cup
Sunflower oil - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Fresh milk - 2tbsp

Method:
- Sieve the dry ingredients and add into a mixing bowl
- Add wet ingredients to it and mix well with hand mixer. Do not froth, just mix well.
- Place a baking sheet on a Baking Tray, Grease it with butter.
- Pour cake mix into it the tray and level using a flat spatula
- Pre-heat a microwave oven in convection mode in 180C and bake for 30-35 minutes


Chocolate Frosting:
Sweetened condensed milk - 1 can
Egg - 1
Cocoa Powder - 1.5tsp
Coffee powder - 2 pinches
Dark chocolate bar - 7-8 small pieces

- Cook the above on low flame. Stir continuously until done.
- Horizontally slice the cake and pour half of the frosting on the bottom part
- Place the top part on it.
- Pour the remaining frosting over the cake and decorate with Oreo/KitKat.
