Nadan Spicy Chicken Roast



Ingredients:
Whole Chicken - 1 kg chopped into small pieces
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1.5tsp + 1tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1tsp+1/2tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1.5tsp
Salt - 1.5tsp
Coconut oil - 5-6tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 5-7 flakes
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup

Method:
-Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, 1.5tsp chilly powder, 2tsp coriander powder, 1tsp garam masala powder, gg paste and 1.5tsp salt for half an hour
- Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds
- Add mint leaves and half of curry leaves
- Add 1tsp chilly powder and 1/2tsp garam masala to it
- Mix once in low flame and add the marinated chicken to it
- Cover and cook until chicken is cooked.
- Garnish with balance curry leaves and serve hot with Rice or chapathi
