BANANA BONDA


Ingredients 
Kerala banana - 3 no.s small, ripe
Milk - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp grinded
Cardamom - 1/2 tsp grinded
Coconut - 2 tbsp grated
Corn flour - 3 tbsp
Oil to fry


Method
Put the banana in a bowl and crush them well. Add milk,to the banana and mix well. Now add grinded cardamom, grinded sugar, coconut, corn flour and mix well. Heat oil in a pan, pour the mixture with a tablespoon into the oil. Deep fry the bonda until its sides become golden brown in color. Remove it from the pan and keep in a tissue for the oil to stuck out and now eat the yummy banana.
