POTATO SABJI


Ingredients
Potato - 2 nos (big, peeled and cut into small pieces)
Big onion -1 nos (big, cut into small pieces)
Green chilies - 3 nos (slit)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp (if u need it more hot)
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Saute with oil, mustard seeds, urid dal, curry leaves
Water - 2 cups
Salt as needed



























Method
Saute items 7 in a cooker. Now add sliced onions and green chilies. Cook till onion becomes golden brown in color. Now add potatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and pour 1 cup water. Cook the items for 2 whistles. Now open the pan and add garam masala, 1 cup water, and boil it for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot with chapatti/poori.
