MASALA BREAD OMLETTE


Ingredients
White/Wheat bread - 5 loafs
Egg - 3
Onion - 1 medium (chopped finely)
Tomato - 1 medium (chopped finely)
Capsicum - a quarter (chopped finely )
Green chilly - 1 (slitted, chopped finely )
Coriander leaves - chopped
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 2 pinches
Salt to taste
Oil - 4 tsp


Method
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and saute onion. Add green chilly, capsicum and saute. Now add tomato and mix well and off the flame. Beat 3 eggs with salt, pepper powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and add the sauted mixture into it. Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Toast 5 bread loafs in a sandwich toaster. Heat 2 tsp oil in a flat pan. Place the toasted bread on it and pour 2 tbsp of prepared masala mixture into it. After few seconds, turn the loaf upside down and cook for a minute. The masala bread omelet is ready now. Make 4 more masala omelets in the same way and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
