CHICKEN 65


INGREDIENTS
Boneless skinless chicken - 500 g (clean and chop into small cubes)
Coconut oil to fry

For marination
Ginger paste - of 1 inch piece (1 tbsp)
Garlic paste - of 4 pods ( 1 tbsp)
Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp (optional) 
All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1-2 tbsp
Red food color - 1 inch (optional)




METHOD
1. Marinate chicken with the marination ingredients for at least 2 hours.
2. Just before frying, add lemon juice over the marinade.
3. Deep fry in oil until the chicken is cooked and serve hot.
