SPICY KILLU KOLUKATTAI || RICE BALLS


Ingredients
Rice powder - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds
Urad dhal  - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 bunch broken
Red chilies - 4 broken
Grated coconut - 4 tbsp
Salt - little to sprinkle
Boiled water - nearly 1 cup


Method
Add salt to rice powder and mix well and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, add in urad dhal. Then add curry leaves, broken red chilies, grated coconut and sprinkle salt and mix for a few seconds and off the stove. Add the above sauted ingredients to rice powder and mix well. Add warm/boiled water little by little and mix well and kneed. Make small balls out of it and pressure cook in medium flame for 15 mins (In electric stove, put in 4 for 10 mins and in 1 for 10 mins). Serve the spicy rice balls with Tea.
