SAUCY PANEER


Ingredients
Panner - 200 g (frozen and cubed, keep in room temperature for 30 mins before cooking)
Onion - 2 (medium-sized, finely chopped)
Green bell pepper - 1/4 no (finely chopped)
Green chilly - 2  (finely chopped)
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 1 cup
Oil
Red color - 1 pinch (optional)


Method
Heat oil in a pan, big onions, bell pepper, green chilies and fry until onions turns golden brown. Add the sauces, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, water and mix well. Let it boil for 5 mins, add paneer cubes, red color and cook for another 5 mins (mix in between).
