RAVA KESARI || SOOJI HALWA || KESARI BATH


INGREDIENTS
Rava / semolina - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Water - 1.5 cup
Ghee - 3 tsp
Cashews - 10 no
Raisins - 10 no
Yellow food color - 2-3 drops



METHOD
1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan, fry cashews and raisins and keep aside
2. In the same pan, add 1.5 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar and stir well
3. When the sugar melts completely, add the food color and stir well again
4. Now add 2 tsp ghee and put the stove in sim mode and add Rava little by little and stir well for nearly 7 minutes
5. By then all the water evaporates and the mixture will not stick on the sides of the pan
6. Move the mixture into a storage container and decorate with fried cashews, raisins and allow it to cool
7. After 30 minutes, cut it into pieces and serve the sweet kesari.
