SPICY CASHEW NUT PAKODA


Ingredients 
Basen - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Green chillies - 2 (chopped as small as possible)
Curry leaves - 2 inuk
Cashews - 10 (powdered in mixie)
Cashews -15 as whole
oil - 1tsp
salt - little


Method
Mix all the items, sprinkle water and make it as a thick paste. Pour oil in a pan, when it boils, pour the semi liquid or nearly solid mixture and fry till the pakoda becomes dark yellow in color.
