YOGURT SALAD || RAITHA
Ingredients
Yogurt / thick curd - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Big onion - 1 medium finely chopped
Tomato - 1/2 medium finely chopped, remove seeds
Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves - chopped
Ginger paste - 2-3 pinches
Salt to taste
Method
1. Add all the ingredients except yogurt and water in to a bowl, mix well and keep aside for 2-3 mins. 2. Then add the yogurt, water and mix well.
3. Refrigerate and keep it outside for 30 minutes before serving
