CAULIFLOWER DRY MASALA


Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 small
Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
Green chilies - 2 slitted
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - chopped
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup

Method
Boil cauliflower florets with water and salt in a MW oven for 15 mins in high power with intervals. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger paste, green chillies and saute. Add boiled cauliflower florets, turmeric powder, little salt, water and mix well. Now add coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder and mix again. Cook till the water is completely evaporated. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapattis.
