GRAHAM NO-BAKE CAKE

Ingredients:
Graham Crackers (Original/Chocolate flavor) - 2 full packets
Nestle Cream - 1 big can
Nestle Condensed Milk - 1 medium can (400g)
Mango Sliced / caned peach halves / fruit cocktail canned



Method:
1. Mix cream and condensed milk together in a bowl and keep it aside.
2. Crush 7-8 graham crackers using a rolling pin and keep aside.
3. Slice the mangoes. If using canned fruits, filter the liquid out of the can and use only the fruit pieces. Chop them if required.

4. Take a big setting rectangular glass container. Pour the above cream and condensed milk mixture on it, just to cover the bottom and make a layer (do not pour the whole).
5. Dip/place the crackers one-by-one in normal water and then place them as a layer on top of the cream mixture (Crackers are soaked to make them easily absorb the cream). Do not soak more, just slightly.
6. Place one layer of sliced mango on it.
7. Place another layer of crackers and follow the same method as in step 5.
8. Pour a layer of cream mixture over it and slightly pat with a flat ladle.
9. Repeat steps 5-8 until the ingredients finish.
10. Sprinkle the crushed crackers from step 2 on the top and arrange the mango slices over it.
11. Refrigerate for a day so it set well and serve cold as a dessert.
