MAGGIE NOODLES TADKA


Ingredients
Maggie noodles - 1 packet -  I used curry flavor
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp
Cumin seeds/powder - 1/4tsp (optional) - I skipped this
Garlic - 3 cloves chopped very finely
Green chilly - 1 chopped finely
Onion - 1 small-medium chopped finely
Salt to taste - 1/4tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Egg - 1
Water



Method
Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, add cumin seeds followed by garlic, green chilly and onion. Fry until onion turns golden brown. Now add salt and chilly powder. Add a beaten egg to it and cook until egg is done. Add required water to cook maggie as specified in the packet (normally 1.5 cups). When water starts to boil, empty maggie masala to it and mix well. Broke the maggie block into 4 pieces and add. Mix well and cook until water evaporates and serve hot.
