POTATO CHEESE BALLS


INGREDIENTS
Potato - 4-5 medium
Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
Cheddar cheese - cut into cubes
Mozzarella cheese - optional
Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
Eggs - 2
All purpose flour
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying



METHOD
Boil potato for 15-20 minutes until cooked, then mash it and refrigerate for an hour. Add green chili, onion to the mashed potato and mix well. Add pepper, salt and make big lemon sized potato balls. Place cheese inside the potato ball and cover it. Roll the balls in all purpose flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs. Deep fry in oil and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
