WHEAT DOSA


Ingredients
Wheat Flour - 1 cup (to get 4-5 dosa)
Rava - 1 tbsp (for crispy dosa)
Salt to taste
Water
Oil
Mustard seeds
Urid dhal
Curry leaves
Cumin seeds  - 1/4 tsp
Whole black pepper
Slitted small onions - 5
Green chilly - 1 slitted (optional)



Method
In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, rava, salt and mix well. Add water and make it into a batter form. Heat oil in a tava. Crackle mustard seeds, then add cumin seeds, pepper. Mix well. Add green chilly, onion and curry leaves and saute well. Add this to the batter and mix well. Pour a big spoon of the batter into a dosa making tava and make dosa's. Add little bit oil on the sides to make it crispy on the sides.

  2. great!! I too like this dosa...I add chopped onion and green chillies to the wheat dosa batter... :)
