POTATO CAULIFLOWER PAKODA


Ingredients
Gobi - 1/2 cup (boiled, chopped)
Potato -1 small (chopped)
Onion - 1 medium (chopped)
Green chili - 1 (chopped)
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Basen flour - 4 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 pinches
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Chilly powder - 1/5 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/5 tsp
Mango powder - 2 pinches (optional)
Salt to taste
Water to mix
Oil to fry


Method
Take a bowl, add all the ingredients into it and mix well to form a very thick paste. Heat oil in a flat pan, take a small portion of the mixture in a spoon and pour into the oil and deep fry till the pakoda turns to golden brown and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
