BREAD PIZZA
Pizza with bread as base/crust!!! baked in a microwave oven. It is a very easy to cook snack and kids will surely love this.
Ingredients
White bread - 4 loafs
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Mayonnaise - 1.5 tsp
Tomato - seeded and chopped
Capsicum - chopped
White onion - chopped
Black olives - seedless, chopped
Mushrooms - chopped
Oregano - few flakes
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Place the bread loafs in a plate, spread a thin layer of tomato ketchup on it.
- Now spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and place tomato, capsicum, white onion, black olives, mushrooms one after the other. Sprinkle Oregano.
- Place mozzarella cheese on top and pour 4-5 drops of olive oil into each loaf, just for a flavor.
- Place the plate in MW high for 2-3 minutes, bake it till the cheese melts.
- Serve the hot bread pizza with a cup of tea.... :)
