BHAJJI WITH ONION AND BRINJAL


Ingredients 
Brinjal - 2 nos medium sized
Basane flour - 4 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida powder- 1 pinch
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Oil to fry


Brinjal Bhajji


Onion Bhajji

Method
Put all the above items except brinjal in a bowl and mix well. Dip the sliced brinjal in the mixture and deep fry in oil till it becomes golden brown in color and serve it hot with tomato ketchup. To prepare onion bhajji, slice 2 medium sized big onions and dip the same in the above mixture and fry it in oil.
