ONION VADA || ULLI VADA


Ingredients 
Big onion - 3 nos medium sized, chopped into medium sized pieces
Green chilies - 1 no finely chopped
Curry leaves - chopped
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Basane flour - 2 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Salt as needed


Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle water and make medium-sized balls and deep fry in oil till the color turns little bit more than golden brown. If you want the vada to be crispy, dip the balls in egg and then roll in breadcrumbs and fry (optional). Serve the crispy hot onion vada with tomato ketchup.
