FRUIT SALAD


INGREDIENTS
Pineapple - 3 big round pieces or 1/2 no (cut into small pieces)
Banana - 2 nos big (cut into small pieces)
Green Grapes - 30 nos (cleaned and cut into half)
Pear - 1 no (peeled and cut into small pieces)
Strawberry - baby strawberry 20 nos (cleaned, removed the leaf and cut into 4)
Kiwi fruit - 3 nos (peeled and cut into small pieces)
Green apple - 1 no (peeled and cut into small pieces)



METHOD
1. Clean, peel, chop and put the fruits in a serving bowl
2. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour
3. Keep it in room temperature for half an hour before serving

Serves: 15 people
