CREAMY MACARONI SOUP


Ingredients
Macaroni pasta - 100 g
Butter - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 chopped finely
Onion - 1 medium chopped finely
Cabbage - 1 cup chopped length-wise
Carrot - 1/2 small chopped as small cubes
Beans - 5 pieces chopped as slanting thin pieces
Bell peppers (Green/Red) - 1/4 cup as cubes
Cauliflower/Broccoli - 1 cup chopped
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - less than 1/4 tsp
Salt  - 1.5 tsp
Evaporated milk - 1 small can (160 ml) / Fresh milk - 1/2 cup
Water - 8 cups
Cheddar cheese - small cubes (optional)
Boiled Egg - 2-3 (optional)
Chicken - 200 g boneless chopped thinly length-wise (optional)


Method
1. Heat a deep-bottomed pan with butter and oil
2. Saute Garlic until golden brown, add onions and saute again
3. If adding chicken, cook chicken separately with pepper and salt and add now
4. Add macaroni, pepper powder, chilly powder, salt and stir well and pour-in water
5. Boil for 10-15 minutes. When pasta is half-cooked, add carrots, beans, let them cook
6. After another 5-10 minutes, add all other vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes
7. Add evaporated milk, cheese cubes and cook for 2 minutes
8. Check salt and if needed put little more
9. Add boiled egg as it is while serving
