STIR FRIED VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN

Ingredients
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 3 pods finely chopped
Vegetables - chopped length-wise (Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, Sweet potato, Green/Red bell pepper)
Green Chili - 1 chopped
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Maggie seasoning liquid - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste - ~1 tsp
Boneless chicken - 250g chopped length-wise, marinated with salt, pepper and little soya sauce (optional)


Method
1. Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic, onion, and green chili
2. If adding chicken, add now and cook until done
3. Add hard vegetables, soya sauce, salt, pepper powder and little water and fry for 2-5 minutes
4. Add soft vegetables and stir well, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes
5. Serve the hot half-cooked stir fried vegetables and chicken with rice
