GRILLED CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS
Chicken thighs - 900 g (nearly 9-10 medium size pieces)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 3/4 tsp flat
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Thick yogurt - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt  - 1.5 tsp flat



METHOD
1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients for an hour in refrigerator
2. Then keep it outside for an hour
3. Grill in oven for 20 minutes - I have used microwave oven grill option
4. Flip the chicken and grill for another 10 minutes
5. Serve hot with rice or eat as it is as a starter
