SOYA CHILLY CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 450 g boneless (cleaned and cubed)

For chicken marinade:
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1

Sunflower oil (for deep frying)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 big chopped
Bell pepper - 1 no chopped (1/2 green, 1/2 red)
Green chilly - 2
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Chilly garlic sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp



METHOD
1. Marinate chicken for an hour
2. Deep fry marinated chicken pieces in oil and remove excess oil with tissue
3. Heat butter in a pan, saute onion
4. Once onion is golden brown, add green chilies, bell peppers
5. When bell peppers are cooked, add sauces, fried chicken, water (1/4 cup) and mix well
6. If needed put little more salt and serve hot
