GARLIC FRIED RICE


Ingredients
Cooked Basmati Rice - 3 cups (Raw rice 1.5 cups)
Garlic - 4 pods
Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Scrambled Egg with salt and pepper - Optional


Method
1. Cook 1.5 cups of rice with 2 tsp salt and filter out excess water and keep aside
2. Heat oil in a pan, saute chopped garlic
3. Once garlic turns to golden brown, add cooked rice, soya sauce, salt, scrambled egg and mix well for a minute.
4. Serve hot with Soya Chilly Chicken
