CARAMELIZED BANANA


INGREDIENTS
Kerala banana - 4 ripe peeled, sliced
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Coconut - 2 tbsp grated
Cardamom - 2 no crushed (optional)




METHOD
1. Heat ghee in a flat non-stick pan and add sliced banana pieces
2. Fry both sides until it turns brown
3. Sprinkle sugar and coconut
4. Add cardamom (optional) and off the flame
5. Serve hot as a snack or cold as a dessert
