POTATO DRY FRY



INGREDIENTS
Potato - 3 medium, peeled, cubed
Chilly powder
Salt to taste
Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp

METHOD
1. Add salt, chilly powder to the cubed potatoes and keep it aside for 15 minutes
2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add potato to it and cook in medium flame until it is done
3. If you want the potatoes to be crispy, add little more oil, cook in very low flame for little more time
4. Serve hot with rice

NOTE: Fry/cook for little more time to make it crispy and look brownish.
